Shop collection – Free

E bikes - Free we are updating to free shipping on e bikes for most of the UK If your bike is not showing as free shipping yet please get in touch.

Home delivery bikes will be 95% assembled by our mechanics.  Instructions will be provided to turn the handle bars and add the pedals. There is not hand over as we use a 3rd party courier for this service.

Cargo bikes - Its costs us an average of £200 for us to ship a cargo bike please get in touch for an accurate quote.

Premium Home Delivery: If you would like a personalised hand over and your bike 100% please get in touch, prices from £50 depending on location.

Shipping General Terms

We can't guarantee delivery times. We will endeavour to notify you of any delays.

However if you order has not been shipped with 11 days do to get in touch.

Occasionally we make mistakes and we will do our best to put them right as soon as possible. 

Back Orders

Certain items not in stock can be placed on back order.  Delivery dates and T&C’s of back orders are detailed on the product page for each item.

Small Items under 1kg Sent by Royal Mail £3.50

Larger Items up to 30kg DPD or most appropriate courier £8.00
